Janik Mahlen has a strong background in customer service and claims management, with experience in the insurance industry. Currently, Janik is working as a Physical Damage Claims Specialist at Northland Insurance and previously as a Casualty Claims Adjuster at American Family Insurance. Janik also has experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles at hotels including Guest Services Representative and Guest Services Associate. Janik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from North Dakota State University.
