Currently serving as a Unit Manager and previously as a Claims Representative at Northland Insurance since October 2014, Kali brings extensive expertise in claims management. Prior to this role, Kali worked as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate from August 2013 to October 2014 and gained foundational experience as an Administrative Assistant at Connections Education from August 2010 to August 2013. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from South Dakota State University, Kali combines strong communication skills with a solid professional background in claims processing and team management.
