Shelley Xu

Shelley Xu is currently working as an Associate Vice President in Asset Management at Northland since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pine Tree, LLC as a Vice President in Portfolio Management from June 2020 to December 2022. Before that, Shelley held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they served as a Vice President from January 2017 to June 2019 and as an Associate from February 2014 to January 2017. At JPMorgan, they were responsible for buyside analyst duties for over 40 companies in various real estate sectors. Shelley also has experience working at KPMG as a Financial Management Senior Associate from October 2013 to February 2014 and as an Associate from September 2011 to October 2013.

Shelley Xu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Accounting Science degree with a concentration in Accounting and Tax from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Their undergraduate studies also took place at the Gies College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their academic qualifications, Shelley Xu has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the AICPA and as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
