Chloe Hayes

Chloe Hayes 江可雲 is a skilled professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in foundation management and contract negotiation within offshore wind projects. Currently serving as Foundation Supply Package Manager at Northland Power Inc., Chloe is responsible for managing foundation fabrication for the Hai Long 2&3 supply chain in Taiwan. Previously, as Senior Contract Manager at Macquarie Group, Chloe oversaw the fabrication of 47 wind turbine foundations for the Formosa 2 project. Chloe's earlier roles include WTG Contract Manager at Vattenfall, where comprehensive commercial management of wind turbine packages was executed, and multiple engineering and technical positions at various firms, including Buro Happold and Arup. Chloe holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University.
