Hugo Pereira

Hugo Pereira is the Director of Energy Origination for Europe at Northland Power Inc., a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hugo served as a Structured Originator at RWE from May 2021 to October 2022 and as an Originator at Vattenfall for over a decade. In these positions, responsibilities included the origination and negotiation of structured trading and sourcing transactions, as well as power purchase agreements in the United Kingdom, while also managing portfolio development and integration. Hugo holds a Master's Executive Programme in Management Studies (MSc) from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Management Studies (BSc) from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a Certificate in English Language from the Southern Institute of Technology.
