Pauline Alimchandani

As Chief Financial Officer, Pauline manages and oversees a large team across several key functions across the organization including: corporate finance, development finance, capital markets, financial planning & analysis, debt, treasury, risk management, information technology, corporate accounting, tax strategy & planning, financial reporting, investor relations and sustainability. She joined the company in April 2020.

Pauline has 15 years of professional experience having most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dream Unlimited Corp (TSX: DRM), a position she held since 2014. Earlier positions include: Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Dream with responsibility over strategic finance, financial modeling, capital allocation and capital markets initiatives and; Vice President, Equity Research at BMO Capital Markets where she provided equity research and analysis on the Canadian real estate sector. Prior to these positions, Pauline was also active in both the Audit and Assurance and Consulting & Deals practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is a Chartered Accountant as well as a CFA charterholder. She currently serves on the boards of the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation and Dream Impact Trust (TSX: MPCT).
