Pierre-Emmanuel (Pierre-Em) has over 25 years of experience in energy related projects in various segments and countries. He began his career as project manager, building HV substations for oil and gas plants with Schneider Electric, before moving to a business manager role, and ultimately an executive role where he lead international project teams, drove sustainable growth and developed the solar business. He left Schneider Electric in 2019 to act as a consultant in project delivery process, contracting, crisis and claim management. Pierre-Em brings a deep understanding of project management and knowledge in sales, construction, and operations to Northland Power.

As Executive Vice President, Project Management Office, Pierre-Em is responsible for the establishment and management of a stage gate process to manage project development spend according to clear development milestones and will ensure Northland’s projects are planned, managed, governed, and delivered in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manor.

Pierre-Em holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Grenoble INP.
