Our main goal is to replace Eskom by generating power and selling it directly to the customer. As a specialist in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), our company excels in managing the entire project lifecycle. We prioritise battery deployments using high voltage battery technology, recognising the changing landscape of commercial solar. It is no longer solely about power generation; storage has become a critical component, especially in light of ongoing load shedding. Northlands Utilities is an independent Water producer (IWP), specialising providing Water Purchase agreements. We have deployed several water purchase agreements and continue to work with Northlands Energy to offer value added services around power agreements to drive independence from municipal services. Northlands Utilities also offers roof space rentals along with other NON-GLA revenue services for landlords.
