Carmen Shum, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial planning, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Accounting at Northleaf Capital Partners since July 2021. Previously, Carmen held various managerial roles at iA Clarington Investments from October 2011 to June 2021, leading teams in general accounting functions and financial analysis, overseeing forecasting and budgeting processes, and managing full cycle accounting. Carmen's earlier career includes roles at CIBC Mellon as an Institutional and Pension Accounting Specialist, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements and reconciling balances.
