Geoff Rawle

Geoff Rawle has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a particular focus on US Securities law, debt and equity capital markets. Geoff has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President Legal at Northleaf Capital Partners since July 2022. Previously, they worked as a Partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from 2015 to June 2022. Geoff also gained experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto from 2017 to 2021, and as Counsel at Bloomberg LP in 2014. Geoff Rawle began their legal career as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2011 to 2014, during which time they were also seconded in-house to Credit Suisse AG. Additionally, they worked as an Articled Student at Camp Fiorante Matthews Mogerman from 2009 to 2010 and as a Software Designer at DoubleClick in 2001.

Geoff Rawle has obtained a J.D. degree from The University of British Columbia. Prior to that, they completed their B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Additionally, Geoff has also attended Lund University, although the specific degree or field of study from that institution is unknown.
