Jon McKeown

Jon McKeown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon started their career as a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997. After three years, they joined HSBC as an Assistant Audit Manager where they performed internal reviews of trading strategies and market/credit risk. In 2005, they worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company before becoming a Principal at the same company in 2006. At Bain & Company, they worked in the Organization and Financial Services practice areas and was recognized for their strong upward feedback ratings. In 2014, they moved to Värde Partners as a Managing Director, where they oversaw strategy, risk, and analytics. Finally, in 2016, they joined Northleaf Capital Partners as a Managing Director, responsible for portfolio strategy and analytics, product development, and serving on the investment committee.

Jon McKeown has a BSc in International Management with US Business Studies from Alliance Manchester Business School. Jon also holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
