Michael Rafalovich

Michael Rafalovich is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President and Legal Counsel at Northleaf Capital Partners since February 2022. Prior to this, Michael was a Corporate Lawyer and Associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from September 2019 to January 2022, following roles as an Articling Student and Summer Student at the same firm. Michael holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Political Science from Laurentian University, completed in 2015.
