At Northlight, we help mid-market enterprises adopt AI with confidence.

Every vendor has an “AI product”. But an AI product on its own won’t transform your business. What drives real impact is:

AI literacy across the organization - from leadership to frontline teams.

Cross-functional implementation - embedding AI in non-obvious places like operations, HR, and compliance.

Governance and coordination - documented frameworks that reduce risk and prove ROI.

That’s what we do at Northlight - an AI literacy and implementation firm built for enterprise clarity and measurable results.

Founded by Susan Diaz, a practioner in three major technology waves - dot-com, social, and now AI - Northlight combines the agility and innovation of small business with the structure and strategy enterprises need to scale.

Through enterprise workshops, audits, and implementation programs, we help leadership teams move beyond hype to sustainable adoption.
