Kelly Saccoia is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse background in the food and hospitality industry. As the Founder and Head Chef of Intima Dining since March 2021, Kelly has focused on creating sophisticated dining experiences rooted in tradition and modern techniques, utilizing the finest local seasonal produce from South Australia. Additional roles include Internal Account Manager at Northline and Chef De Partie positions at Chopping Board Catering, Pike and Joyce, AFRICOLA, and The Queens Head Hotel. Kelly's foundational education includes a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from TAFE SA and First Aid training from St John Ambulance.
