Lee Pray

Lee Pray has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Manager at Northline Utilities LLC since April 2019. Prior roles include Manager of HR, Safety and Special Projects at Plattco Corporation from December 2017 to April 2019, and Head of Human Resources at Swarovski Lighting from May 2012 to December 2017. Lee Pray also held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Swarovski Lighting Business/Schonbek and served as a Human Resources Generalist and in EH&S at Schonbek Worldwide Lighting from June 2000 to August 2010. Lee Pray earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Occupational Toxicology and Chemistry from Clarkson University, graduating in 2000, and completed an additional program at The NEXT Academy in 2020.
