Mike Hintz

Mike Hintz has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1983 with the Army National Guard as a 126th Infantry Band. In 1988, they worked as an Intensive Care Nurse at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center. From 1990 to 1994, they served as a First Lieutenant in Army Healthcare. In 1994, they began working at KCI USA as a Field Trainer and Account Executive. In 2012, they became the Manager of National Training at ConMed, where they worked with the Biologics and Orthopedic sales forces and executive leadership. In 2014, they became the President of Northlink Consulting, working with executive teams to optimize their marketing and sales channels. In 2015, they became a Global Consulting Partner at Korn Ferry. In 2020, they joined Sitecore as part of the One Enablement Team.

Mike Hintz completed their MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Mike had previously obtained a BAS in Business Studies from Davenport University in 2003. Hintz started their educational journey in 1985, when they obtained an ADN in Nursing from Grand Rapids Community College in 1988. In 2009, they obtained a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist from the American Association of Tissue Banks.
