Andrea Howard

Andrea Howard has diverse and extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on multifamily investment sales and acquisitions. Andrea is currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for NorthMarq's Carolina's Multifamily Team, where they advise clients on the capitalization and disposition of multifamily assets in the Southeast, particularly in North and South Carolina.

Prior to joining NorthMarq, Andrea held various roles at JLL, starting as a Senior Vice President in 2013 and later becoming a Managing Director for Multifamily Investment Sales. At JLL, they played a key role in guiding clients through the investment process and closing deals.

Before JLL, Andrea served as a Senior Vice President for Multifamily Acquisitions at Grubb Properties, overseeing the acquisition and disposition strategy for the company. During their time at Grubb Properties, they successfully closed eight properties totaling approximately $130 million in capitalization.

Andrea also gained valuable experience at Camden Property Trust, where they worked as a Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions. In this role, Andrea sourced, negotiated, and closed multifamily acquisition opportunities in primary markets across North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia.

Andrea's earlier experience includes roles at Summit Properties and First Union, where they honed their financial analysis skills and gained experience in portfolio valuation, underwriting, and structuring finance deals.

Throughout their career, Andrea has proven herself as a knowledgeable and skilled professional in the real estate industry, consistently delivering results and driving successful transactions.

Andrea Howard pursued their education from 1994 to 1998 at the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Finance.
