Brian Pounds

Brian Pounds, CCMS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Manager of Portfolio & Asset Management at Northmarq since November 2014, Brian has progressed through various roles including Assistant Vice President and Loan Portfolio Manager. Prior to Northmarq, Brian worked as an Asset Management Analyst at CSM Corporation, which manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple states. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas in 2012.
