Colin Couch

Colin Couch has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on industrial investment sales and capital markets. Colin is currently serving as the Vice President of Industrial Investment Sales at Northmarq since January 2023. Previously, Colin held positions at Stan Johnson Company, where they worked as the Director of Industrial Investment Sales from January 2022 to January 2023, the Associate Director from December 2018 to December 2021, and the Associate from May 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Avison Young, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation from January 2013 to May 2016.

Colin Couch obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in the years 2001 to 2006. Colin continued their education at The University of Georgia, where they pursued a Master of Science degree from 2010 to 2012. No specific field of study was provided for either degree.
