Dan Whelan

Dan Whelan is an experienced Investment Analyst who has held various roles in the real estate industry. Currently, Dan works at Northmarq as an Investment Analyst II and serves as the Board of Directors & Chair of the Building Leaders Initiative at the Housing Industry Foundation. As the former President of the SCU Real Estate Association, Dan led a student organization with over 250 members, organizing events to educate students about the real estate industry. With a background in financial analysis, development, and marketing, Dan has worked at companies such as Marcus & Millichap, Hookset Ventures, Greystar, and Hemlane, gaining valuable experience in different aspects of real estate. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
