Dylan Steman

Dylan Steman is a Senior Associate in Investment Sales at Northmarq since August 2023, previously serving as Vice President of Investment Sales at MRG Realty Partners from July 2020 to April 2023, where Dylan achieved the distinction of 2022 Top Sales Agent. Prior to the real estate sector, Dylan had a professional hockey career, playing for Aalborg Pirates in 2022, South Carolina Stingrays from 2019 to 2021, and Hershey Bears Hockey Club in 2019. Dylan's early career also includes roles as a Product Management Consultant and Intern at MTS Systems Corporation, a Project Engineer Intern at 3M, and a Software Test Engineer at Plastic Flow, LLC. Dylan holds an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
