Mark Hellwig

Mark Hellwig is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial investment sales. Currently serving as Vice President at Northmarq since November 2022, Hellwig previously held the position of Director at Stan Johnson Company, where expertise included the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties across the United States. Earlier roles included Senior Director at Marcus & Millichap, Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, and various positions in investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis. Hellwig began a career in finance at Bear Stearns, working in mortgage capital. Mark Hellwig holds an MBA in Finance and a JD in Business Law from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a B.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
