Morgan MacHado

Morgan Machado currently serves as Vice President of Debt & Equity Placement at Northmarq, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include structuring and placing debt and equity for commercial real estate. Prior to Northmarq, Morgan worked at Slatt Capital in a similar role focused on commercial real estate debt and equity placement from July 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager for Yearling ARF, Semora ARF, and Total Care Residential from March 2020 to July 2021. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business, following education at Mater Dei High School.
