Morgan Schmaltz

Morgan Schmaltz has extensive experience in portfolio and asset management, currently serving as Manager in the Portfolio & Asset Management team at Northmarq since June 2019. Prior to this role, Morgan held various positions within the same team, including Associate Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Loan Portfolio Analyst II. Before joining Northmarq, Morgan worked at KeyBank Real Estate Capital from June 2017 to June 2019, advancing through the ranks from Asset Manager I to Asset Manager III. Morgan's career began as a Portfolio Analyst Intern at Principal Global Investors in early 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Iowa State University (2013-2017) and an ongoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2023-2025).
