Rob Gemerchak

Rob Gemerchak, SIOR/CCIM, has extensive experience in industrial and investment sales, currently serving in Industrial Investment Sales & Advisory at Northmarq since January 2023. Prior roles include Director of Industrial & Office Net Lease Sales at Stan Johnson Company since January 2018, Senior Vice President and Director of National Investment Sales at Binswanger Company from January 2004 to December 2017, and President and Director of Investment Sales at Michael Realty Company from October 1988 to December 2003. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Master of Arts degree from Boston University, with early education at St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy.
