Sarah Bohlman Melander

Sarah Bohlman Melander, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent and Development Partner at Northmarq since March 2022, Sarah previously held roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at OCHIN, Inc. in 2019. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Lease Crutcher Lewis, Human Resources Manager at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors, and various positions at Citadel Investment Group and Sonenshine Partners. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art/Art Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
