Sisley Yun

Sisley Yun is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent & Development Partner at Northmarq since June 2021. In this role, Sisley provides comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team, oversees college relations and summer internship programs, and delivers HR support through reporting and onboarding activities. Previous experience includes roles as an HR & Administrative Coordinator and a Loan Operations Coordinator at Northmarq, alongside a tenure at Optum as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Sisley has also demonstrated leadership in student organizations, serving as Co-President of the UW-Madison Korean American Student Association and as an intern for the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. Sisley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
