Paweł Firut

Paweł Firut has extensive work experience in the technology and financial sectors. Paweł is currently serving as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Northmill since February 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Northmill, including Country Manager and Country Manager & VP Product Engineering from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Northmill, Paweł worked at Société Générale Assurances, where they served as the CRSO from April 2021 to May 2022, CIO from April 2018 to April 2021, and IT Systems and Data Architect from April 2017 to April 2018. Paweł also worked as a Senior IT Systems Analyst - Developer from April 2015 to April 2017.

Additionally, Paweł gained experience at Credit Suisse as a C# Developer from October 2012 to March 2015. At the beginning of their career, they were a Developer .NET at both 3SOFT from October 2011 to October 2012 and WASKO from March 2011 to October 2011.

Paweł Firut obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Academy of Manager certification from EY, obtained in September 2019, the Business Process Modeling certification from IIBA, obtained in July 2017, and the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from APMG International, obtained in May 2016. Paweł also has an ITIL® Foundation certification from APMG-International, but the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
