Mandy Bowers

Mandy Bowers (FCIPD) currently serves as the Director of People and Culture and Head of Human Resources at Northpoint since June 2022. Prior to this role, Mandy was Head of Human Resources at WIS International from August 2002 to June 2022, contributing significantly to the growth of the UK business from its startup phase. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chair at HOPE LEARNING TRUST from April 2015 to May 2016 and Chair of Governors at Poppleton Ousebank Primary School from September 2012 to June 2015. Earlier career positions include Senior HR Generalist at Commerzbank and HR Generalist at Regent Inns. Mandy holds a BA in International Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Teesside University.
