Israel Sokeye has extensive experience in psychiatry, currently serving as President and CEO of Plymouth Psych Group since July 2011, while also holding the position of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at PrairieCare since December 2012 and at NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center since November 2011. Previous roles include Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Scott County, Minnesota (July 2014 - October 2015) and at Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center (April 2010 - June 2015). Israel completed a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Minnesota (2009 - 2011) and a Psychiatry Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (2006 - 2009). Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from the University of Ibadan (1991 - 2001) and coursework at Normandale Community College (2005 - 2006). Professional training also included an externship at Harvard Medical School (November 2005 - January 2006) and an internship at the Nigerian Army Reference Hospital (March 2002 - April 2003).
