Therese Swenson possesses extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Loan Officer Assistant at Northpoint Mortgage since July 2018, and previously at Silverton Mortgage Specialists, Inc. from September 2017 to June 2018. Prior roles include Operations Specialist at TriStone Financial, where full responsibility for a $60 million loan pipeline was managed, and Home Mortgage Associate at Wells Fargo, where management of $100 million in loans was handled. Therese has also operated as a Mortgage Broker/Originator and has held various positions in mortgage processing and administration since the mid-1980s. An entrepreneurial background includes owning Paint and Design Concepts. Therese holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Appalachian State University.
