Lauren Castillo, LIMHP, LPC, PLADC, serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Northpoint Recovery since December 2021, overseeing case staffing, employee coaching, and maintaining documentation standards. In addition to the current role, Lauren operates as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner at VERVE COLLABORATIVE HEALTH and has held various positions including Behavioral Health Program Coordinator and Behavioral Health Therapist at Charles Drew Health Center, Inc., and Assistant Program Coordinator at Heartland Family Service. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology from Northwest Missouri State University. Demonstrated expertise includes quality improvement initiatives, crisis intervention, staff development, and compliance auditing, with a focus on delivering evidence-based clinical services.
