Evan Smietanski currently serves as the Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst at Northpointe Bank, where Evan established a new ERM department and developed a framework for risk assessments and reporting. Prior to this role, Evan held various positions in risk analysis and business analytics across different companies such as New Horizons and Fusion Business Services. Evan holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University.
