Joe Harder

Joe Harder started their work experience as an intern at Trans-Matic Mfg. Co in 2006. Joe then interned at Worksighted, Inc. in 2007 before joining the company again in 2008. At Worksighted, Inc., they worked as a Systems Support Technician from 2010 to 2013 and later as a Project Engineer from 2013 to 2020. In their role as a Project Engineer, they implemented various projects involving virtualization, networking, and server and storage solutions. In 2020, Joe joined Northpointe Bank as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they deploy, configures, and manages systems for the entire organization. Joe also works closely with a team, providing cross-training based on their previous experiences.

Joe Harder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in eBusiness Design and Management from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Joe attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Joe obtained the MCSA 2008 certification from Microsoft in August 2012.
