Steven Davids

Steven Davids has over 17 years of experience in the banking and lending industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Correspondent Lending at Northpointe Bank since December 2006. In this role, Steven manages various functions including post-closing operations, project development, and secondary market investor relations. Previously, Steven held multiple vice president positions within Northpointe Bank, focusing on lending and capital markets. Prior to joining Northpointe, Steven was a Territory Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, where significant revenue growth was achieved in the Grand Junction, CO market. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking program from 2013 to 2015.
