Jennifer Cescolini, RN, MSN, WCC

Jennifer Cescolini, RN, MSN, WCC has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Jennifer has held various roles in different organizations. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as an LPN and later as a Social Services Director/RN at HCR Manor Care. Jennifer then joined Dickinson County Healthcare System, where they worked as a Medical/Pediatrics Charge Nurse, Pool Nurse, and RN from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Education Manager and Hospital Supervisor at the same organization.

In 2008, Jennifer joined McKesson Provider Technologies as an Implementation Consultant until 2010. Jennifer then worked at Bell Hospital as the Quality and Clinical Informatics Director from 2010 to 2012 and as the Information Systems Director from 2012 to 2013. Jennifer then joined OSF HealthCare as an ACU Supervisor from 2013 to 2014 and as an ED Manager from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they worked at Canvas IT as the Health IT Director/Manager of EHR Optimization/CNIO. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2018, they served as the Clinical Nurse Manager-Medical/Surgical at Bay Area Medical Center. In the same period, they were also an Adjunct Instructor at Bay de Noc Community College.

Jennifer's most recent roles include being a Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix since 2014 and holding the positions of Director of Nursing and Chief Executive Officer at Northpointe Behavioral Health since 2018. Throughout their career, Jennifer has shown a dedication to improving patient care, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Jennifer Cescolini, RN, MSN, WCC has a strong educational background in nursing. Jennifer earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Kaplan University, specializing in Nursing Administration, from 2008-2010. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bay de Noc Community College from 1998-2000. Jennifer initially began their nursing career by obtaining a licensed practical nurse degree from the same college from 1994-1996.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications to enhance their nursing skills and expertise. Jennifer is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Furthermore, they have completed the Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification offered by the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Jennifer has also achieved the Wound Care Certified (WCC) designation.
