Sharon Kedar

Sharon Kedar is Co-Founder, Partner of Northpond Ventures, a leading science, medical, and technology-driven venture capital firm. Sharon is currently a board director at 908 Devices, Artisan Bio, Codex DNA, Emulate, Hawthorne Effect, and Isoplexis. She was previously CFO of Sands Capital Management. Over her 15 years with Sands Capital, assets under management grew from $1.5 billion to $50 billion. Prior to Sands Capital, Sharon was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Sharon has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Rice University. She is a CFA charterholder. Sharon is an advocate for financial literacy, and has co-authored two books on personal finance for women. Her work has been featured nationally.
