Andrew McLeod

Andrew McLeod is the current Chief Executive at Northpower Limited. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager Electricity at Powerco from January 2011 to December 2017. During their time at Powerco, McLeod progressively repositioned the company's Electricity business over 6 years with a focus on investment strategy, customer engagement, safety culture, and supply chain management. Andrew was key in enhancing asset management capability to support capital investment, refining Powerco's supply chain, reshaping customer engagement models, and building senior team capacity. McLeod's work at Powerco helped position safety culture and asset risk management as a priority for the company.

Andrew McLeod has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Canterbury, an Advanced Management Programme from Columbia Business School, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis from Victoria University of Wellington.
