Geneá Gaddy-White

Geneá Gaddy-White, Ed.D., is a co-founder of Optimal View Consulting and Advocacy Agency and has extensive experience in education, having served as an elementary educator in both Northridge Local Schools and Sycamore Community Schools. Additionally, Geneá has worked as a Campus Reading Specialist and Literacy Coach in Richardson Independent School District and contributes to public discourse as a guest columnist for the Dayton Daily News. Geneá holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Argosy University.
