T.J. Alinen

T.J. Alinen is the current SVP, Human Resources Director at Northrim Bank. T.J. has over 8 years of experience working in Human Resources. Prior to joining Northrim Bank, T.J. worked as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Calista Corporation from October 2018 to June 2020. While at Calista Corporation, T.J.'s responsibilities included directing a team of managers in the delivery of relevant human resource services, overseeing the development of all people related policies and procedures, and leading complex change management efforts that improved the overall management of the corporation.

Before joining Calista Corporation, T.J. worked as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Director for Denali Federal Credit Union/Nuvision Credit Union from April 2012 to October 2018. At Denali Federal Credit Union/Nuvision Credit Union, T.J.'s responsibilities included leading the recruitment function for all levels of staff, developing and administering employee benefit programs, and overseeing the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures.

T.J. has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

T.J. Alinen has an MBA in Business Administration/Human Resources from Wayland Baptist University.
