Heather Favre, CPA, MBT, CFP®, has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and wealth management. Starting in 2000, they worked as a CPA at Simma Flottemesch & Orenstein, Ltd. for 15 years. In 2015, they transitioned to Accredited Investors Wealth Management™ as a Wealth Manager, where they collaborated with clients' attorneys, accountants, and insurance professionals to create personalized strategies. In 2017, Heather joined CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) as a Private Client Tax professional. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Tax Services at NorthRock Partners starting from October 2018.

Heather Favre, CPA, MBT, CFP®, has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Heather also holds a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) degree from the same institution. In addition to their educational background, Heather has obtained certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
