Collections and Compliance

The Collections and Compliance team at Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is responsible for managing outstanding member accounts and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. They work collaboratively to recover delinquent loans while maintaining a positive member experience, monitor compliance with financial laws and policies, and conduct audits to identify and mitigate risks, all aimed at protecting the financial health of the credit union and its members.
