Alexa Dean

Alexa Dean is an experienced engineer with a background in both mechanical and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Pathways Systems Engineer and Associate Pathways Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman, this professional has also held significant roles including Director of Alumni Event Coordination for the Penn State Engineering Leadership Society and Engineering Ambassador for the Engineering Ambassadors Network, where contributions included enhancing communication and promoting STEM outreach to underrepresented groups. Additionally, Alexa Dean worked as a Combustor Aero-Thermal Fluids Intern at Pratt & Whitney. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and current enrollment in a Master of Science in Engineering Management program at the same institution.
