Christopher Phillips

Christopher Phillips serves as the Division Systems Engineering Director at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities include the development, deployment, and oversight of Systems Engineering processes and workforce development for a portfolio of programs since July 2010. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Systems Engineer focused on software systems engineering in defense programs, and as a Design Engineer and Engineering Intern at ATK, where software development and electrical testing equipment were primary tasks. Christopher also gained experience in maintenance and reliability as a Maintenance/Reliability Intern at Dow Chemical and contributed to community initiatives as a Summer Intern with Project Transformation. Academic credentials include an MBA from Western Governors University and dual Master's degrees in Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
