Devin Elder

Devin Elder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and engineering within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Northrop Grumman since August 2001, Devin oversees investment and capture strategies for critical military space systems, including strategic communication and OPIR systems. Previous roles include Director of Program Capture, where responsibilities involved managing diverse space RF program pursuits, and Director of Advanced Technology and Applications, focusing on advanced RF and digital technology development. Devin's leadership includes roles such as Communications Payload IPT Lead and Space Vehicle IPT Lead, managing large-scale projects and capture strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Boeing, where responsibilities spanned propulsion design and flight test engineering. Devin holds an MBA and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona.
