Dillon Li

Dillon Li is an experienced program manager with a comprehensive background in engineering and technical program management. From March 2020 to May 2025, Dillon held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman, including Program Manager in the PMO, Senior Technical Program Manager, and Principal Operations Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Consultant at CONSOR Engineers from May 2017 to March 2020, and as a Project Engineer at Osborn Consulting, Inc. from December 2016 to March 2017. Dillon also worked as a Material Engineer at Western Technologies Inc. during 2016 and as a Research Assistant at the University of Utah from January 2014 to August 2016. Dillon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems, both earned from the University of Utah between January 2018 and January 2020.
