Dina Stellwagen, SPHR, is a highly experienced talent acquisition and sourcing specialist with a diverse background in engineering and technical recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Northrop Grumman since October 2021, Dina focuses on supporting engineering opportunities, particularly in software, hardware, systems, integration, testing, and manufacturing roles. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Specialist positions at Northrop Grumman and Solvay, and managerial positions at Mauser and Harris Corporation. Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Simmons University and an MBA in Management & Marketing from Boston University.
