Harper Malesardi

Harper Malesardi is a dedicated Mechanical Engineering student at Bucknell University, anticipated to graduate in 2024. Since March 2021, Harper has served as a Garman Guide, leading groups of first-year engineering students to foster their identity and connectedness within the program. Additional roles at Bucknell include serving as a teaching assistant and grader for courses ENGR 100, MECH 202, and ENGR 214, as well as tutoring peers in calculus, physics, and computer science. Harper is also a College Mentor with Engineering Tomorrow, facilitating high school students' interest in engineering through mentorship and experimental activities. Previous experience includes managing summer camp activities as an Assistant Program Manager and holding various counselor positions, where Harper demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills while ensuring a positive and safe environment for campers.
