Krystal Morris, MBA, currently serves as a Field Engineering Manager and Global Supply Chain Manager at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities include managing critical suppliers for the Remote Sensing Programs Business Unit, developing strategic forecasts, and ensuring alignment with customer goals. With experience as a Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist and Procurement Analyst, Krystal has successfully developed strategies for supply and demand coordination, monitored program health, and managed procurement operations. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Krystal worked at PNC Wealth Management in various roles, including Associate Relationship Manager, where focus was on client financial needs and business development. Krystal holds an MBA in Management and a BASc in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University.
