Mark Blocker

Mark Blocker is a Senior Principal Proposal Analyst with extensive experience in program management, cost analysis, and financial modeling within the aerospace and defense sectors. Blocker has successfully delivered compliant proposals and executed cost volumes totaling $1.5B, achieving a 95% on-time delivery rate. Previously, Blocker held significant roles at companies such as Northrop Grumman, Honeywell Aerospace, and Microsemi Corporation, where they led process improvements that significantly reduced costs and cycle times. In addition, Blocker is a Six Sigma Greenbelt certified analyst and a subject matter expert in DFAR, FAR, and CAS regulations. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at UC San Diego.
